About us
Driving school BD Bestdrivers Helsinki (old Paananen) has been operating in Töölö, Helsinki since 1950s. Our instructors are well educated so we can provide you safety and environmental friendly driving training. Our school has been granted by the ISO 14001 quality and environment certificate.
Our teaching languages are Finnish and English.
Courses and prices
B-driving license (car):
Passenger car education consist of theory lessons and driving lessons. We try to arrange all the lessons in a way, that is suitable for every student. For example theory lessons in the evening and the driving lessons in the morning, or between 8 am. and 6 pm. We hold all the lessons with professional teaching style. We try to make your learning experience learning to drive as easy as possible. Driving lessons are planned individually based on the progress of your personal learning curve.
Course includes:
- 20 theory lessons
- Full studying material (book)
- 30 driving lessons (one lesson is 25min), we always drive 2 x 25min
- Using car in the examination
- Using driving school studying programs
- Usernames and password for self studying ( www.kuljettajaopetus.fi/bd )
- First-aid course (3 hours)
Price: 1497€
- 20 classroom lessons =375€
- Driving lessons 30 x 34€ =1020€
- Use of car in the exam = 102€

II-stage
EcoDriving II-stage gives you readiness for safety, environmental-friendly and economical driving. With this knowledge it's possible to save fuel costs and your driving changes to more adaptive.
Course includes:
- City driving (1½ hours)(Risk analysis + fuel consumption measuring)
- Slippery track training (priority to prevent traffic accidents)
- Theory (3 hours) (internal and external risks, including EcoDriving materials)
- Safety house
- Interactive methods to improve driving safety
Price: 365€ ( inc. track fee 85,00€ )
